Another beautiful wedding and this time at Brisbane’s Eagle Farm Racecourse. You couldn’t have asked for a more perfect sunny day in the middle of winter!
I was fortunate enough to be asked to be the acoustic soloist catering their music entertainment needs until reception. I played pre-ceremony, ceremony and canapes.
I enjoyed playing my guitar and singing to some of my favourite relaxed songs for guests as they waited Bridget’s arrival. Bridget is a Beatles fan and requested lots of Beatle’s music. I was over the moon as I too am a huge fan!
The Celebrant initiated a moment of silence just before she walked down the aisle, which was prolonged purposely to build anticipation. It was a brilliant and affective idea.
The song choice was also very special, “Maybe I’m amazed” by Paul McCartney – Great choice guys.
The couple looked so in love the ceremony was beautiful.
All I can say is, “What a Day!”
